Open to is a Belgian mobility app for renting bicycle lockers across the country. The full scope was covered: brand, identity, app design, user experience, marketing and roll-out. A project that touched every discipline, from the first sketch to the moment it hit the app store.
Built with people in mind
Developed alongside a dedicated development team, every design decision had to hold up in the real world. Continuous user testing was built into the process from the start and fed directly back into the work. Navigation that confused people got rethought. Flows that felt clunky got rebuilt. By the time it launched, the product had been through enough real hands to know it worked. Not just visually, but as something people actually wanted to use.
